ReplyDeleteIt should be updated, but that make me more nervous...maybe I'll change when it's 80% or something.
DeletePlease try to stop seeing the progress bars as a sort of promise, because that's the reason it's making you nervous: people will expect to see those bars fill up in the same rate. They will measure how long it took you to add another couple of percentages and base their expected release date on that.
DeleteThat may indeed happen. After all, it happens on Shinra's blog so why wouldn't it happen here? But it should be easy to ignore the posts that try to pressure you to speed up.
The progress bar is a tool to let people know how much is currently done. It's NOT a tool to promise people when they can expect the whole thing to be ready. If the bar increases by 10% in a week, it does NEITHER mean that the next 10% will take you 7 days as well, NOR does it mean that the very next week will see the completion of another 10%.
As long as you keep yourself telling that, then there is no reason to be afraid of giving people false hope.
The way you're using them now, the progress bars have no function.

1 Page consist of 3-5 panels right? Each panel has one picture.
So one page can consist of 3 - 5 pictures.
So far, I've rendered more than 300 pictures, so it's about 100 pages, right?
But! It's not as perfect as it seem, Some of the pictures are not "good" enough for the final release, so I have to re-render them. In the end, yes it took longer time to finish.
So far I've "finished" about 60-70 pages. And it's not even half from the story.
Maybe it can reach about 250-300 pages in the end.
are the 300 pages the whole story of SR0 ?

Some of the Elf story will be told here, but not all. 300 is the whole Zero chapter, yes.

But, yes there are some corruption scenes, transformation scenes.
The main focus here is about Shadow Ranger Story, before what happened at the original SR.
