ReplyDeletePlease Please Please keep PGS alive !!!! The first comic was great, and I really wanna see it continue !!! That's and understatement, everything you do is great !!! but that story is really worth exploring. And that clown looks like a really mean and cool villain :D
ReplyDeleteDo not be alarmed. It has always been our intention to continue with PGS. The poor girls and Mr. Clown certainly have to wait a very long time for their next turn in the spotlight, but we haven't given up on them.
DeleteUnfortunately, we will be testing their patience even more because SR0 and Gaia come first.

DeleteNo clue what happened. It sounds like a simple loading failure that happens every once in a while (to me too), but not like something that should happen for 6 weeks straight.

I actually have no idea about the last picture either! The girl is clearly not Amy, but the guy is clearly Bryan (or his evil twin brother). On the other hand, G9 mentions NTR so that may be part of the solution.

ReplyDeleteG9 is currently away this entire week for work so I haven't spoken him about the picture, but it's a very safe bet that it's just a single picture for fun. We have too much to do already so it's extremely unlikely that it will ever be more than just this single picture.

DeleteUnfortunately, we're still at 0%. Well, a little bit more if you count the pics that were already made during the making of part1, but no new pics have been made.
G9 needed a break. A good long break to recharge the batteries again.
When we start, it'll be the only comic that is being made (so no distractions), but at the moment, we haven't started yet.
does that means that we must wait 3 month from now to the next comic? maybe longer?

DeleteSR0 part1 was an eye-opener for us. We finally made the comic we wanted to make. We felt we finally got everything right and we are really proud of the end result.
However, it proved that we needed far more time than we needed for comics in the past.
It has taken its toll on G9, unfortunately, and that is the biggest lesson for us: he has really, seriously overworked himself. That may be hard to believe, knowing that it took us half a year to make, but he put all his available time in it, got stressed a lot trying to catch up with the self-imposed deadline. Because of this, he even got sick a few times, just from being overworked.
That doesn't sound healthy, does it? This is a hobby for us, something that we do for fun. It shouldn't feel as work. That's why we have decided to stop making promises about release dates. It's also the reason why we took down the progress bars.
When we pick up where we left off and start with part2 of SR0, we hope to have learned from these past mistakes. We will keep you updated as usual, and you can expect us giving it our all to turn part2 into another jewel, but we'll take it a bit more slowly so that G9's life consists of more than just everyday work and rendering pics.
Maybe we'll get the ironic situation that working more slowly gets the comic done more quickly. I don't know, and I'm certainly not making any promises.
In summary: don't expect part 2 to be done anytime soon.

English and Dutch I can do, German gets problematic, but my Japanese is not so hot at the moment. Even my French is better! >_<

ReplyDeleteI expect G9 will be posting some single, unrelated pics every now and then, just like he did in this topic and all the others since the release of SR0. Just some creativity or some practice with the 3D software.
DeleteOnce we start with SR0 part 2, we'll more than likely let you know and post the usual teaser pics, though those uploads too will probably be a little less frequent compared to the weekly updates we did for part 1.
yeah take your time!! but i do hope to see that Lightning/Yuna corruption story soon to tie fans over :D
