No one of them have anything on Alayeh. :P For me, this is turning in to her personal story and the rest is just a bunch of red shirts. I hope you are careful G9, not to put in, to many characters.

Minor characters as in "not major" characters. They'll have some role, but the story is not about them. Doesn't mean that we cannot have any fun with them though! ^_~
DeleteBtw, these are just promo pics, not directly taken out of the comic, so they don't have to make sense. She can lie there alone, with a whole kindergarten class watching, or even with 10 dancing elephants in the background...it won't make a difference.

It's not as deep as you make it seem. A promo pic is just a simple quick render of a character model and a background. Pose, clothes, hairstyle, type of background...it all doesn't have to mean anything special. It's just a way to present a (new) character.
DeleteIn this particular case with these 3 pictures, it's not so liberal. The characters look like this in the comic. The backgrounds are used in the comic. The poses (how they "act") are fairly random though.
So don't think too long and hard about the tiniest details in these pics. There are not any hidden hints and messages here. It's not rocket science.

Not counting Lucian, Al is indeed the most powerful henchman of the Dark Emperor. Though we still haven't seen the queen in offensive action so she just might be able to give Al a run for his money.
