Daireiger V is finished, so... what's next?
We planned to release the unused pictures/plots from Daireiger V, with some bonus scenes.
Then We'll start preparing converting stuff for the next SR0 part 3 (It'll take some times for sure).
And then, who knows the long canceled "wuxia" themed comic finally becomes reality?
Pls finish up SR0 and Gaia 1st as promised?

DeleteLisa Renata's new appereance is very beautiful. I hope you can recreate the scene where she was a ranger, brainwashed into the evil queen. Sophie's new tale as the demon's servant is also interesting to tell.

DeleteG9 will be too busy to work on something big for the upcoming months, but at least that gives him time to convert and prepare the necessary models. Meanwhile we can work on some simple commissions if they cross our path. And during this downtime, I'm preparing a Daireiger bonus release of unpublished scenes.
It's always a pleasure to see people looking forward to the remaining Ranger chapters, but it'll be a while before we have the chance to start working on them.
I think Wuxia theme is very suitable for mind control/corruption. If you guys are considering about it, even it might be just a small project, that’ll be quite wonderful!

DeleteWe would never release something without announcing it here on the blog, so there is no reason to think you may have missed out on something.
I'm still waiting for G9 for a few finishing touches. All material has been assembled, and I've written all the text that will accompany the unreleased pages. It's just that G9 needs to put this text on a couple of pages and make background pictures for them. It's a simple task, and though he hasn't had time/energy for it so far, it should be something he can complete easily when he is back into action again.
You'll see a new release topic appear here when it's all done.

ReplyDeleteNothing new has been made recently. G9 hasn't had time the past few weeks. He has received a number of commission requests that we can (probably) put online when they're done, and the Daireiger outtake release is still coming up. (I actually received those pages with background pictures I mentioned in a post above, so there is some progress finally.)

He is doing fine, though. Very fine, in fact. Sometimes one can be kept busy with nothing but pleasant reasons.
Still, it does mean that picture and comic work has slowed down to a crawl again.

DeleteNo, I haven't forgotten about this blog at all. It also pains me that this blog, which is supposed to be our main platform, keeps trailing behind Patreon and Pixiv and feels outdated.
DeleteThe (embarrassing) reason I can't keep this blog as well updated as Pixiv is a simple one. For some reason, whenever I upload new pictures to a topic, the layout gets all messed up and the pictures end up all over the place. Whenever I try to correct it, it messes up even more and pictures just plain disappear. It's...problematic. >_>
There would be a simple solution if G9 would update the blog as normal, but he sure does have a tendency to forget about the blog, no matter how often I ask him to update it.
So basically I too am waiting for him to put all the new pictures here. For those of you without a Pixiv account (to be able to see the 18+ uploads) or a Patreon membership, this blog is the only source to see all content.
There is still a vital purpose for this blog, and I honestly don't know why G9 keeps forgetting to come here.
