Gaia 6 (little) update...

I'm sorry, it's still a long way to finish, faced so many problems, this is the most hard project I've ever done.
I'm re-render lots of scenes, it's really frustrating >-<

In the mean time, I also try to learn zbrush to help me morphing some of the clothing, poses/morphs of the characters. It needs lots of time to be learned, but it's quite fun actually. And the GoZ bridge from Daz really help the process.

Here are some latest render from the project, and one D.E special picture I use to learn zbrush >_<

    Oh my god! Thank you G9!!

    Does that mean that the old models that you prepared after you lost your data is unusable? D: That's quite sad cos the models were very nice!!

      Fortunately no, all of them can be transferred to the new base model.
      The main problem is the story line, scenes etc.
      Maybe because the hype, it really make me nervous failed to live up the hype. So I tried my best to deliver the best possible.

      No and no. That's the most honest answer I can give you.
      Gaia 6 has been an extremely bumpy ride so far, starting off very well until we got completely lost (which we were able to make the best of by completing Zerion). After Zerion it was slow to get to full speed again, and when it did, G9 had his long absence because of work. Then after this period had passed, another phase of being completely lost started, and we've only barely been able to find our way back again after hitting a dead end trying out various story ideas.

      It has been a long while since I've seen new pages, so it's certainly not going to be done anytime soon.
      On the bright side, the newly released pics up above do show and prove that work IS being done.

      We most certainly have. ;)
      In order to decide what can be in Gaia 6, what needs to wait until after SR0-3, and to ensure that the story is done at the end of Gaia 7, we have been forced to leave our comfort zone and actually think ahead for a change.

    I think G9 you have distinguished yourself as a creator with these works of yours. I believe that GAIA will be your master piece. I have never seen such good work from any artist before. Keep up the good work. It looks really good

      but honestly I really can't accept all those praises (and also it's not fair).
      First I'm the one who happened to put all of them together, and with MP create the story. And also prepare the model, tweak them a little, prepare/edit the texture materials, the lighting setup etc and in the end put them on the scene and hit render.
      Let say... I'm more like a director in the movie >_<
      I'm NOT the creator of those beauiful 3D models (basic character, clothing, backstage)
      There are lots of 3D artist modeler who deserve the praise.
      You can find them on Daz's store, renderosity or even renderotica.

      Hey Eiji, that reminds me: on e-hentai, a Vietnamese translation of Zerion has appeared with the translation having been done by "LaHétTrongToaLét".
      Do you happen to know if this is the name of the person who has done this or if it's the name of the translation group? As with all translations, I want to credit the person responsible here on this blog, but I don't know which name to use.
