Shadow Ranger Zero 2 final update.

Yes, it's the final update before the release. So it will be very soon before the release.
Still need some editing work, fixing dialogues, pages compositions/order etc.
But most of the hard works have been done.
It'll be the biggest comic we have done... yet. So we hope you guys/girls can wait for a little more time.
We just want to deliver the best Shadow Ranger' comic to you. (For free ^_^)

So, enjoy the last teaser before the release.

      Hey! How is your quest for the GPU?
      Are you planning to get Titan X?

      Yes... I've ordered my Titan X and new intel Skylake i7 *_*
      Hopefully I will receive all the parts this weekend.
      I also really hope it will worth all the money using it with iRay and/or Octane >_<

      Better software.
      You can see and compare it clearly in the big last picture. The shots in the background are "SR0-1 technology" while the Megan in the foreground is made with newer, current software.

      Hey there, Liebert. Haven't seen you in a while.

      We can only continue with Gaia after the Shadow Ranger Zero is done.
      The whole point of SR0 is to show vital backstory of important story elements in Gaia, and we chose to do this with a separate story (SR0) instead of cramming it in with a forced flashback. (Gaia 6 would have basically become one big flashback, so it's better to have all that stuff in a different story.)

      When we originally came up with this idea, we would never ever have presumed that SR0 would evolve into the big beast that it now is. Seriously! At first, the whole story would have consisted of just a hundred or so pages.
      Somewhere along the way, we lost track of our original script... ^^

      So no, we will complete the whole SR0 first before we (can) go back to Gaia.

      Hopefully, after reading the second chapter of SR0, everyone will agree that it's a story that contains lots of relevant revelations, and understand why we made this decision.

      We're making great progress though. It really is a matter of a few days now.

      ...Unless G9 decides to add in another 20 or so surprise pages...

      It won't be today and tomorrow is unlikely either.
      I'm unavailable for the entire saturday.
      So...sunday? Monday?
      Maybe saturday late night after all... I cannot predict this.
      I also cannot judge the available time/energy of my picture-making colleague, so that is always a factor as well.

    Actually, my "are we there yet" comment was more of a joke than an actual question. I know we're days away. But I was thinking of that movie where the kids started asking "are we there yet?" since the moment they left the house and just kept asking it every 30 seconds until they actually got to their destination. So it was like:
    Are we there yet? - No
    Are we there yet? - No
    Are we there yet? - No
    Are we there yet? - No
    ......

    no offence mate, this is just more of a personal tick than anything you have done but when are u gonna go back to Gaia ranger? u left it on quite the cliff hanger and its been bugging me ever since

      Actually Shadow Ranger Zero is the "sequel" of the Gaia Series.
      Before we continue the GAIA storyline, we need to understand SR0 first.
      Otherwise I need to put lots of "flashback" scene on GAIA 6.
      That won't be fun either.
      Right after we finish SR0, we can continue (and put the end) to Shadow Rangers / GAIA Rangers saga.
      SR0 is the first of the trilogy. And GAIA would be the last.
      I hope you understand.

    Good news, people.
    I just sent G9 the last text fixes for the final pages.
    As far as I'm concerned, all the story pages are now completed.
    All that's left now is the cover and possibly some bonus pictures.
    (We always make the cover at the very end of the process, so that we have the best idea of what we want it to show.)

    Let's all hope that G9 will get hit by a sudden stroke of brilliant inspiration for these pictures.
    Then nothing should prevent us from bringing the comic to you this weekend.

    Still waiting for those 4 pages...
    Once I have them, I can begin uploading right away and then we'll see how long it takes to upload 285 pages.

    When that happens, G9 will meanwhile create a (new) release thread, so that will be your best sign that it's getting ready.
